Many of our customers are managing farms, ranches, and large properties that are well off the beaten path, and we have never charged extra for that.

Yes. All orders ship free within the contiguous United States — no minimum order size, no handling fees, no surprises at checkout. We have built the cost of delivery into our pricing because we believe the price you see should be the price you pay.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will make it right — either with a replacement shipment or a full refund, whichever works best for your situation.

You should never have to absorb the cost of something that went wrong in transit. If it arrived wrong or damaged, that is on us to fix.

Yes. Our ProShield™ fabric is UV-stabilized, meaning it has been treated to resist breakdown from prolonged sun exposure. This matters more than most buyers realize.

Untreated woven fabric will degrade, become brittle, and fail within 1–2 seasons in direct sunlight. UV stabilization is what separates professional-grade landscape fabric from inexpensive alternatives — it is what allows the material to hold its structure across multiple growing seasons without cracking, tearing, or losing weed-suppression effectiveness.

Absolutely — this is one of the most effective applications. Lay the fabric first, pin it securely, then apply your gravel or stone on top. The fabric prevents weeds from pushing through the rock layer while allowing rainwater to drain naturally into the soil below.

For best results under rock: overlap seams by at least 6 inches, and secure edges with landscape pins every 12–18 inches to prevent shifting under the weight of the material.

Under normal conditions with UV-stabilized fabric installed correctly, you can expect 5–10 years of effective performance. Lifespan depends on three main factors:

Sun exposure — fabric in full sun degrades faster than fabric under mulch or rock
Installation quality — properly pinned and overlapped fabric lasts significantly longer than loosely laid fabric
Load on top — heavier gravel or rock layers actually protect the fabric and extend its life

Proper installation is the single biggest factor. Fabric that shifts or develops gaps fails long before its material lifespan would suggest.

Installation is straightforward and does not require special tools for most projects:

Clear the area — remove existing weeds and debris before laying fabric
Lay the fabric — unroll across the area, overlapping seams by at least 6 inches
Pin the edges and seams — use landscape staples every 12–18 inches; closer spacing in windy areas or on slopes
Cut openings for plants — use scissors or a utility knife to make X-cuts where needed
Cover with mulch, gravel, or soil — 2–4 inches of cover material protects the fabric and improves performance

The most common installation mistake is not pinning enough. Loose edges are where weeds find gaps and where fabric fails first.

Yes. Our fabric cuts cleanly with standard scissors or a utility knife. For long straight cuts, snap a chalk line first to keep your cut true. Woven polypropylene holds its edge well after cutting — it does not fray significantly.

You can also fold and overlap material to fit irregular shapes without needing a perfectly clean cut every time. Overlap is your friend for odd corners and curved beds.

At minimum, you will need landscape staples or fabric pins. We recommend 6-inch pins for most soil types and longer pins for loose, sandy, or soft soil.

2-roll bundle — $90 per roll
3-roll bundle — $85 per roll (save $15 vs. 3 singles)
4-roll bundle — $80 per roll (save $40)
5-roll bundle — $75 per roll (save $75)
6-roll bundle — $70 per roll (save $120)

If you are covering a significant area, buying the larger bundle upfront is almost always the right financial move. Leftover fabric stores flat and can be used for future beds, repairs, or project expansion. The fabric does not expire.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uncut rolls in their original condition. If you ordered more than you needed, we will process your return with no restocking fee.

For damaged or defective product, contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back. Custom-cut or modified fabric cannot be returned, but if there is a quality issue with any roll we will always work with you to make it right.
